I know, I know. It's been a while since I posted last but the last month has just flown by!! Dave and I just got back from a week long vacation in Mexico which was wonderful!! Thank you mom & Wayne for taking us!! It was a blast!
I'm finding it very difficult to get back into work mode - why can't Dave see that I was never meant to work?? And I can't seem to shake this jet lag! I didn't sleep for all of Saturday night due to flying and stayed up pretty much all of Sunday so I guess I'm still trying to catch up on a whole night of sleep. Brutal!!
Raynae had an awesome time with Vicki. She only cried once at daycare and that was in the beginning of us being gone. Vicki did such an awesome job with her and we are ever so thankful! Thank you, Vicki!!
On another Raynae note, since I posted last we haven't had any issues with the bathroom issues during the night! I don't know if it just finally clicked in or she can secretly read better than I thought and she doesn't want me to wake her up in the middle of the night to flush the toilet - who knows!! I'm just glad she's flushing.
One more Raynae note and a request for prayer. She is going to start seeing her mom again in the next couple of weeks. She started seeing her about a year ago and Raynae went on an emotional roller coaster so we put a stop to the visits to give her time to settle in with us. We feel now that she is way more settled and more mature. Hopefully, this won't be as bad as last time.
